FreuZwiebel.
Based on a coincident recipe. Conceived in December 2010, when we were creating Christmas presents for friends and family. We had a bag of red onions in storage. Oliver flipped through some recipes and got hooked with a red onion confit while listening to John Coltrane’s GOOD BAIT. So the recipe was modified, altered and refined over and over again and the result is a perfect balance of SWEET’n Sourness and black pepper HOTNESS.
This red onion confit soon was our best seller in our store and we kept developing and creating new varieties. So the FreuZwiebel was born in 2014.
