I generally find it easy to put thoughts into words. I am a good conversationalist and moderator. This enables me to emphasize important messages and make meaningful connections. By asking Who instead of How the energy flows toward the solution and not the problem.

My natural ability to foresee, play through and plan different scenarios makes me an agile decision maker. I love preparation and planing as it helps me to deal with the manifold uncertainties and surprises a long the way.
